A welcome refinement – we recently introduced support for native share dialogs on iOS and Android devices.
Mapkind GPS offers generous flexibility when it comes to exporting your navigation data to GPX format; you can conveniently export multiple items from any list-view within the app. Before today, your GPX files would be silently saved to the app’s “documents” folder in the local file system, requiring you to do some digging to find it.
Now, upon tapping “Export GPX,” you can decide exactly where you want the data to go: to a friend via text message, via email, into the file system, or even directly into another GPS app.
While the native file sharing component was always part of the plan, it’s nice to finally have it in place.
